BTS Loverly Grey x Anthropologie Photoshoot
What goes into a product collaboration photoshoot?
The fall Loverly Grey x Anthropologie Collection officially launched earlier this week! When a new collection launched, there was so much more that went into it than just trying on the pieces and shooting the content—it was about setting the stage for the story we wanted these pieces to tell. Let’s dive into how we got there for this exclusive collection. Creating the content for this collection was one of our favorite projects so far. The pieces were must-haves for fall, so we knew we needed to pick the perfect setting to capture the five dresses. It needed to be just as timeless and elevated as the pieces themselves. Enter: High Hampton Resort in Highlands, North Carolina. Brittany loves to spend time in the Highlands every fall—and the High Hampton property set the perfect stage for our photoshoot.
A few of us on the team spent a couple of days capturing content from the collection. We had a photographer with us to get beautiful imagery and video while our team focused on grabbing iPhone content so we had a mix of all forms!

The photoshoot experience:
The starting point for all of our photoshoots start with the inspo and styling of the collection. This part is so fun for us and where Brittany can really make the pieces she has created come to life. Once we nailed down our location of where this shoot was happening – we headed straight to High Hamptons website and Instagram to gather location inspo and really start to set the scene on how we wanted to style these pieces. We created mood boards with photos from the shoot location, the items in the collection, and all styling pieces we wanted to pair with the looks.
One thing we love to show in the content we share with a new collection is the endless possibilities of styling the pieces. Brittany’s collections are always filled with timeless styles – so we want to show how you can continue to wear them over the years.
Day one of our shoot started the day we drove in! We left Athens early in the morning for Highlands and planned a full day of shooting once we arrived. While Brittany got her makeup done, we began planning out which pieces we wanted to start with and scouting the locations that were a must. We shot all five dresses from about 12 pm–7 pm with, of course, multiple caffeine and snack breaks along the way! We really made the most of day one—even through some major rain—which felt like a huge accomplishment.
Day two was more focused on the extra shots we didn’t get to on day one due to lighting or wanting that perfect calm morning vs. evening feel. We started shooting around 7 am and ended up wrapping up that afternoon around 1 pm.
Photoshoot days were always so rewarding for the team. We loved to end the day over a comfy dinner in our Airbnb or hotel room, while looking through preview photos and other content we captured throughout the day.

About the collection
Now – let’s talk about the collection itself. Getting to partner with Anthropologie again this season meant being able to bring Brittany’s timeless style to an even bigger audience, while staying true to the elevated, versatile pieces her community loves. This exclusive collaboration was created with you in mind. Every detail—down to the fabrics, the fit, and the finishing touches—was thoughtfully designed to carry you through every moment.
We know Brittany & our team couldn’t be more excited for you to be able to shop the collection. We hope you love it as much as Brittany loved creating it!
