First things first, if you haven’t been to 30a previously, let’s lay some groundwork. 30a is a coastal highway that is in between Panama City and Destin that includes over a dozen cute, coastal towns. It’s different from your typical hotel-lined beach coast with the charm of the towns showing off more of a European style beach vibe. It truly is like being transported to a different place in time with the cute homes/cottages and cobblestone lined streets.
You’ll hear some common beach town names like Rosemary Beach, Seacrest, Grayton Beach, and Alys Beach!

Speaking of being family-friendly, here’s a bit of a pro tip to know before your visit! Most places in all of the 30a beach towns close down pretty early. Like 9pm early. This certainly makes the location more of a family/relaxing destination than a party destination - which is preferred if you ask us! This, paired with the fact that most of the restaurants do not take reservations, you may find a lot of people leaving the beach by 3pm and wondering -where did everyone go?! The beach groups can turn in early to make sure they are at the restaurant by 5pm to get ahead of the long wait! So if you’re wanting a great dinner experience, be sure to head out early!

Upscale Dinner: Pescado (sunset view!), Paradis
Easy Dinner: Edwards, Citizen (order the whipped feta!), Gallion’s and George’s (if you get there early!)
Lunch: La Crema (order the brussels!), Fawnville, Cowgirl Kitchen
Coffee/Breakfast: Fonville, Charlies Donuts, Third Cup, Raw and Juicy (has a fun playground for the kids! Line does start before 8am! Worth it, but get there early!)
Shopping: Luminary (really great jewelry) + home decor (great light fixture inspo!), Willow +Mercer (locations in Rosemary, Alys, and 30 Avenue)
Additional things to include in your upcoming trip!
• Concierge Service: 30a Arrange. This is a concierge service that Brittany used to stock up the fridge before they arrived. So helpful if you’re flying in and aren’t bringing your own groceries for the week!
• Sunrise Beach Yoga
• Bookstore: Hidden Lantern. Nichelle loves this place in Rosemary!
• Rosemary Farmer’s Market on Sundays!

And of course, be sure to go to the Rosemary Beach Shop before you head out and grab a hat or sweatshirt! The team snagged some merchandise in the newly released color: lavender! Of course channeling their inner lavender haze moment.
